Wendy's in Indiana

"I figured this was worth a review. I went inside because the line in the drive through was crazy long and immediately got service. They took my orders, got me my food in less than 5 minutes. Their ice machine was out and the lady quickly grabbed my cups and got my ice and drinks for me. Everyone at the front was very, very nice! Best fast food experience I've had in awhile."

"Stopped visiting this location a few years back every visit it was a long wait, a shift change, burgers no lettuce no tomato no ketchup, no breakfast, it seemed as if the rude employees just didn’t want to work. After an appointment today my daughter requested Wendy’s and this was the closest location. I started to ask if she wanted McDonald’s instead because of the reputation they left. But after getting 4 shots I wanted to treat her to what she asked. Long story short, I am glad I visited today. No long wait, food was made fresh and fast, and the black guy at the window was so pleasant and polite and offered to pick up my nickel I dropped out of the window. I enjoyed this new experience. I saw the sign to leave a review and said yes!! There is noticeable change. Keep up the good work."

"The 5 stars only goes for the employee Derek. He was the only One taking anybody’s orders and making the orders. I heard other people that I did not see them nor did I see them help him. He is an incredible worker and tried his hardest to do all of it by himself. Been here about 20 mins and just now seen the manager. But yet instead of helping she wants him to make drive thru food as well. poor leadership"

"This location has to be the most nicely decorated Wendy's I've ever seen. They had valentine's day decorations out with little baskets full of mints and balloons on every table. Besides the atmosphere, the staff was very nice and personable. The food was all very fresh and delicious. I'm very glad we stopped here for dinner and would definitely come back."

"First off, the dining room is closed. All of the customers have to utilize the drive through. So at this time I cannot give you a review of the cleanliness of the restaurant. I have no idea the condition of the restrooms. The only thing I can tell you is the line went decently fast. Once you reached the speaker, it was in good working order. The employee no problem hearing my order. The employee was very polite. When I got to the window, I was read my order to be sure it was correct. I was given a pleasant departure by the lady at the window."
